Hogwarts (Pre Harry Potter)

Remus: *watches*
((Ok, so I'm going to say that it is totally acceptable to tweak original canon character's ages. But for a time, it is during the 1970's))

Abby: *she looks up at him and blushes then continues.. within minutes the abstract lines form shading and shapes...*

Remus: *continues watching the drawing develop, he seems quite interested*

Abby: *the drawing suddenly takes form and becomes Remus... It shows him sitting at the table with his friends in the background and the detailed wood of the table... She glances up at him and blushes again* I... Uhm.... *she shuts it the book and as she does a brief glimpse of a page with a detailed picture of a werewolf can be seen...* I... Uhm... I draw things I see instead of write about them....

Remus: *completely forgot about the picture of himself when the image of the werewolf appeared, his eyes grow cold for a moment* That's great...

Abby: *she freezes at his tone which doesn't sound quite right... She looks at him with a slightly worried expression* d...did... I do something? *she sees the sudden coldness in his eyes and shivers... Her voice gets really quiet* th...the pictures are just memories... I....

Remus: *quickly grins* Oh! No everything's fine. Those are cool drawings... *he seems a bit distant*

Abby: what is wrong? *she watches his eyes...*

Remus: *grins again* Nothing at all!

Abby: ok... *picks absently at her food* what do people usually do here after that eat?

Narcissa: *rolls her eyes and tells someone to shut up*

Remus: Hmm? Usually wait for announcements *he looks at her plate* Not hungry?

Abby: oh... Uh... *she takes a bite and then looks around...* when will they make the announcements?

Remus: Soon *he smiles then takes a bite of his pasta*

Abby: *grins and sings three notes that sound solemn and creepy then starts giggling and continues to eat... Then pulls out her mahogany wand... She whispers something but nothing appears to happen although she seems pleased..*

Narcissa: has anyone seen the newly made Phoenix core wand they have displayed in the window? *she smiles at her friends*

Remus: *his eyebrows raise questioningly*

Abby: *notices his questioning gaze* oh... It's nothing really... *she runs her fingers along her wand and smiles before placing it back in her pocket*

((Btw, wands aren't like brooms. They're aren't really "new models" etc... Just wands that match their owner....))
Remus: *shrugs and keeps eating*

((Fine... A new wand was made with a Phoenix core... I'll let you handle the announcements))

((Ummm many wands have phoenix cores... And you're fine with making announcements, I'm just trying to keep it good with the harry potter universe (to an extent) ))
Remus: *glances out of the window towards the back of the great hall, the moon is at a late waxing stage, an unnoticeable sigh escapes him*

((Right but it's a new one and actually that one isn't seen too often because it doesn't bond very often))
*the teachers make the announcements*

Abby: what does everyone do now that announcements are done?

((Fair enough ))
Remus: *shrugs* Hang out, go back to their rooms, wander...

Abby: oh... *looks around as if she doesn't know what to do*

Remus: Um- *shifts uncomfortably* I was planning on packing tonight... But would you like to hang out in the common room with my friends and I for a bit? I can pack later *he smiles*

Abby: thank you... But... w..would you mind? I don't want to bother you...

Remus: It's no bother *he grins*
