Hogwarts (Pre Harry Potter)

Abby: oh.. Uh... Ok... It doesn't matter.. *looks mildly disappointed* well I guess I'll see you later... Uhm... *her stomach growls* When is the next meal?

Remus: *smiles, oblivious to her disappointment* In half an hour, I believe. Is that enough time for you to unpack?

Abby: yah... I think so... Where do we go to eat?

Remus: In the dining hall, just follow the crowd and you should have no trouble finding it, you can sit with my friends and I if you like *he smiles kindly*

Abby: thanks... *she smiles* well I guess I'll see you in half-an-hour then...

Remus: *nods* See you then *he grins then returns to his spot, again picking up his book. He begins scanning a page on werewolves*

((Has he already been afflicted with lycanthropy? He got it when he was a kid sometime.... Oh lol... Well she should be much easier for him to get along with since he is part animal... I just realized that he probably already has it...))

Abby: *finds her room and places her bag on her new bed... She unpacks her few clothes and then begin stocking her bookshelf with various books on creatures, some of which she has written... She opens her journal to the page with the thestral.... She turns the page and the next has a scene of a memory... One dark and long ago... She quickly closes the journal and hides it under her mattress before standing and heading out... She follows the crowd to the lunchroom and stands looking completely perplexed...*

Remus: *has already taken a seat at the Gryffindor table with his friends, he sees Abby and waves to get her attention*

Abby: *she starts heading that direction and runs directly into Snape... She stutters over her words slightly* oh! I'm so sorry! I.. I didn't see you... *her face turns crimson*

((Ok so she is clumsy but when she is in nature with the creatures her clumsiness goes away and she can be quite elegant... It's only around people that she is so awkward... Also you kinda mentioned you had dibs on Snape.... Ta-da...))

((Ya.... Unless someone reeeealy wants him... But I'm gonna wait till everyone has settled with their characters before allowing for anyone to have two official canon characters.... But i reeeeaaaallllyyy want snape haha))

Remus: *attempts to stifle a snort*

Abby: *blushes even more at his disapproving stare..* s..sorry... *she looks down and moves around him then goes and sits by Remus* hi...

Remus: *grins charmingly* Hello Abby! Do you like your room?

Abby: huh? Oh! Hi... Uhm... yah it's really nice... *she smiles and looks around nervously*

Remus: *laughs at one of his friend's jokes, and then turns again to Abby* Hmm, say. What year are you anyway? ((She is 16 so she'd be a 6th year))

Abby: I'm a sixth year... What year are you?

Remus: *grins* 7th

Abby: that's cool.. *she smiles and then whistles... A eagle owl flys in with her journal and she smiles taking the book and then the owl flys away... She opens her book and flips through... Remus briefly sees the different beautifully drawn pictures of creatures as she flips through but on one page he sees a images of a totaled car.. She finds a blank page and opens up to it pulling out a pencil*

Remus: *a light of understanding fills his eyes, he doesn't voice his realization but simply says* Those are beautiful drawings

Abby: thank you... *she starts scratching down lines in a seemingly abstract pattern*
