Hogwarts (Pre Harry Potter)

Remus: *has been sitting on his bed eating chocolate all day* What...

James: I'm kinda worried...

Remus: *gets defensive* I'm FINE James! *he has a few chocolate stains on his shirt*

James: Not about you! About Abby!

Remus: *blinks, obviously miffed* Why. *his voice is like stone*

James: well for one thing she didn't come to breakfast or any classes... The teachers don't know where she is and they can't find her... And apparently she went out last night and never returned!.. *paces slightly*

Remus: *his eyes widen* W-what can we do?!?!

James: how should I know!? I don't know where she would have gone!

Abby: *lying unconscious deep in [random forest that has both good and very evil creatures]... The thestral has flown back... It is frightened and waits by the lake*

Remus: *grabs his robes and bolts out of the door, he calls from the hall to james* COME ON!

James: *runs after him*

Thestral: *calls out as it shifts by the lake looking for someone who would follow*

Remus: *runs near the lake, his wand whipped out*

Thestral: *spots him and stomps the ground snorting and making whinnying noises*
((Or whatever sound they make))

James: what was that!?

Remus: *his eyes fill with knowing and he bolts in the direction of the sound*

James: *follows*

The thestral snorts and continues bellowing... When Remus arrives the creature runs over to him sliding sideways to a halt for him to climb on*

Remus: *feels the thestral's position and looks a but concerned* James, don't tell anyone about this... *he hops on*

James: *his mouth drops open*

Thestral: *takes off it flys urgently over the woods.. After nearly two hours the thestral panting heavily lands and starts trotting through the dense trees*

James: *sits... He doesn't know what to do*

Remus: *hops off and looks around urgently*

Abby: *lies unconscious nearby... She moans slightly*

*a large spider scampers towards her*

Remus: *says that spider repelling spell that I have on my ipad but can't remember, the spider is flung backwards, unconscious. He rushes to Abby* Abby! Abby wake up! *he feels for her pulse*

Abby: *her eyes briefly flutter open and she whimpers slightly....* r???Remus? *She grimaces and her eyes close as she again loses consciousness*

Remus: *looks broken, he gently lifts her up and carries her over to the thestral*

Abby: *cries out and regains consciousness at the pain from being moved... Her eyes are dry until she looks up and realization dawns across her face... She burst into quiet sobs and chokes out* j...just l..leave me... *she moans and drifts back into unconsciousness*

Remus: *her words are daggers in him, he approaches the thestral and gently places her on it's back, then hops on behind her*

Thestral: *takes off back to hogwarts... After the two hour flight, in which abby periodically starts to wake, they arrive back at the lake...*

Abby: *she keeps her eyes closed and tears slip down her cheeks*

James: *jumps up and runs over...* what happened!?

Remus: *looks broken, he slumps off of the thestral with Abby in his arms, he hangs his head*
