Zones (Apocalyptic Roleplay)

Neko enters the training complex and goes through a series of tests. Afterwards he is out into a small room with other recruits to watch a short propaganda film to show them what they are fighting against.

Spard: No, I was in the military.

Rose: what type of training did you do? *is legitimately interested*

Spard: *thinks it's nice this girl is interested, so he smiles* Sniper and spec ops.

Rose: wow... What's it like? I mean as a sniper... Is it a lot different then shooting close up?

Carissa: *stays silent... She simply listens*

After the film they move onto other boring military stuff that isn't needed before they decide to take them to their rooms in which a bottle with a few pills lies on the table with the instructions to take one everyday. He looks over the pills trying to find a label.

Spard: It's a lot different. You have to be quiet, you have to hide or else they'll see you, and your shot has to be perfect or they might find you.

Rose: did you ever get shot back at?

Spard: Oh, tons. But I knew where they were so I either had to run or shoot back. Or possibly hide.

Neko shrugs and takes the pill.

Rose: were you scared when they did?

Pyre: *listens*

Spard: A little at first, but after a bit, it became normal.

Rose: *looks utterly fascinated* wow that's amazing...

Spard: *smiles* Thank you.

Pyre: *makes a mental note to thank Rose for this later*

Rose: *smiles... They reach the distribution area and are given their breakfast rations*

Spard: *picks up his rations*

Pyre: *pops a pill in his mouth*

Carissa: *takes one of the food pills and then breaks off from the others...*

Rose: *takes her rations and with the water she swallows it... Then smiles*

Pyre: *stays with Carissa*

Spard: *eats his pills, a little happy Pyre isn't there*

Carissa: *closes her eyes... She walks using her ability to avoid running into people... She whispers almost inaudibly as she walks*

Rose: I hope that's enough... If you need more I can give you one if mine

Pyre: *is finally starting to relax, he follows Carissa*

Carissa: *isnt relaxed... She feels like she needs to escape... She isn't used to this happening.... She picks up the pace slightly*
