Lilith: then why did you disappear?

Tobias: "In case I was..."

Lilith: *nods* well... Maybe I should explain what happened...

Steph: *seems to jolt suddenly. She turns around* Tobias? Can you get me some nutmeg? You'll see it in the small collection of pots over there... *she goes on to describe the plant, pointing towards the other room*

"Uh... I guess?"
Tobias leaves the room to get the plant.

Steph: *seems to relax slightly about something, she mashes an herb viciously*

Lilith: is something wrong?

Phae: *eyes her sister questioningly, her eyes are still jet black*

Steph: Nothing. *her reply is bitter, like the words are bile on her tongue, she finishes mashing and taps her foot impatiently on the ground, glancing into the other room to see if Tobias found the plant yet*

Tobias comes back with the plant, he hands it to Steph.

Lilith: *looks concerned... She looks at phae and then steph then Tobias and then back at phae in confusion....*

Tobias sits back in the chair next to Lilith.

Lilith: *smiles at him* it's odd really... I never could tell your clones apart; but you... You are different from them... They are you, but... *looks as if she isn't sure how to describe it*

Tobias: "The difference is that I'm not a one dimensional meant to be controlled."

Lilith: that's not what I meant... *sighs*

Tobias sighs.
"Yeah. I know what you are really talking about.
"

Lilith: *smiles gently* is it true that the clones are based off of pieces of you?

Tobias: "More exaggerated pieces, but yes. Such as how I would never be as smart as wall me."

Lilith: I doubt that... And besides... Although he is very intelligent he is incomplete...

Tobias: "I guess. Though he was only supposed to track habits of things happening. Such as someone goin to a building at a certain time at a certain day."

Lilith: *nods* well he does do that... He doesn't do much else tho... I kinda feel bad for him tho...

Tobias: "I wouldn't. He's not actually human. Or real to be exact."

Lilith: but he still has a personality and feelings and thoughts....

Tobias: "No. He just seems as if he does. It's all an elaborate illusion that I have set up for omnipresence."

Lilith: *she eases back down and looks at him... She smiles* you learn a lot from them then?
