Zombie Apocalypse

Scout: *raises an eyebrow, she almost lies to see if she can get more information out of him then her conscience wins out* No...

Drake: *looks relieved...* sorry about troubling you... I can drive now... Why don't we switch so you can get some rest?..

Scout: *shakes her head* I'm fine

Drake: really scout... Why don't you get some rest while the kid is asleep... We can't keep her sedated forever...

Scout: Really, I'm not tired *she looks fully alert*

Drake: I just thought you might want to sleep while you have a chance... She will wake in about a half hour...

((Hey we could always be a tiny bit south of marshal and zero and Rachel about now..... That way on our way north we could run into y'all...))

Marshall is far away from the driver now who is presumably either out of gas and eaten by zombies, or still on his merry way to his eventual death.

Rachel decides to go explore, leaving everything on the roof except for her gun. She walks out onto the street and looks around  for a local grocery store. She walks up the street, keeping a look out for any zombies.

Drake: *sees a form in the distance... the vehicle's silent engine doesn't give away their position..* hey scout... Look over there... *he points towards the emerging form*

Marshall grabs a bottle of water from the basket and takes a swig. He keeps going forward.

Rachel finds a store and walks inside. Almost everything is gone but she's able to salvage a few things: a box of crackers, a few cans of fruit, and some bread. She exits the store and begins walking back.

Drake: hold up scout... *the vehicle slows slightly...*

((If you want your character can notice the silent army truck with all-terrain tread —like what tanks have for wheels— so yah... Large silent armored truck approaching))

Marshall sees the truck and frowns. He waves his arm.

Rachel spots the army truck out of the corner of her eye as she walks. She stops and turns to face them. She keeps her hand on her gun and watches the vehicle.

Drake: *reaches over and flashes the lights know that if the person is infected they will attack and if they are not then they should respond...*

Rachel waves back then cautiously starts walking toward the truck.

Marshall seems incredibly pissed, he peddles to the side of the truck and bangs on the side three times.
"STOP FLASHING YOUR [EXPUNGED] LIGHTS."

Rachel sees Marshall and waves at him. "Marshall, it's me, Rachel!"

Marshall peeks his head out of the side.
"Oh hey Rachael! Bitten yet?"

"Nope, I'm fine, but I'm curious about these people." She gestures to the truck.

"Incan tell you one thing, they are idiots. Complete and utter buffoons."

Rachel finally reaches the side of the truck and looks in. She sees Scout and Drake. "What makes you think that?"

Drake: *cracks the window... He hopes some zombies will come so he will get a chance to kill some of the [REPLACED] creatures* hey... This is a bad area... Need a ride?

"Sure, but if need to go get my stuff. I'll be right back." She trots back to the building. She returns, her backpack over one shoulder. "So where ya headed?"

Drake: *opens the door and gets out* north... We are gonna go up to where the zombies are frozen stiff... Sorry for the lights... Had to be sure... *shrug* might want to hurry... The zombies will be here any minute... But don't worry... They can't get through this guys shell... *pats the truck* it would take a tank to do that... *reaches in the truck and gets his hand gun and loads it... Grabs a long blade... He moves aside for her to get in* oh and don't get near the girl in the back... She isn't infected but she will still want to kill you... That's why she is tied up..
