Personality; bat Chit insane
Power/s: due to his broken DNA, his powers flux everyday, causing him to have a new power each day and being unable to use any other powers he has gained previously. His only constant ability is to levitate. (I will be using superpower list's would you rather for his power of the day.)
Looks: Wears a tight green uniform, blue mask and a blue WG on his chest.
Other: Has a pet watermelon named Rupurt that has a smilie face scrawled on it.

(( Honestly, while he may seem over powered, he could be incredibly weak. Like only being able to change the Taste of food (dang list gave me that ) or being immune to harmful radiation. And his powers only last for a day before they are gone.))
