((hmmm no one noticed he is really pale and appears to be in pain? .. hint hint alex..))

((usually, if you want people to notice, you should mention it in the description, and Avet's not even there haha))

((i thought she was... oops.... where is she? he told her he had to check on v and then could come back and continue training... oh never mind ill have him start heading back to the room where they were practicing hand to hand combat))
zeb: *still in pain but managing to walk normaly heads back up to the room where avet and he were practicing*

Avet: Zeb! You look pale?

*she teleports under his arm holding him up*

zeb: im-- ok *he says, his voice shaky. he starts to turn and gasps staggering slightly*

Avet: *she catches him* Oh my word! Here *she teleports him to the nearest chair* You need to sit down...

zeb: *doubles over gasping slightly... a small moan escapes his lips before he forces himself to try to sit up... the effort makes him pale more and he grimaces..* really im fine.. *he barely manages to say before doubling over again and gripping his sides in agony... he coughs and a little blood appears on the hand he used to cover his mouth... he quickly attempts to hide the blood*

Avet: *looks terribly concerned* Wh- Why aren't you regenerating?!

zeb: *gasps* i re..generate... after de.. death.... im.. no..ot actual..ly injured.. tho *he speaks in broken sentences as he raggedly breaths... a wave of pain comes over him and he nearly passes out*

Avet: *cradles his head with her hand, holding him up. She's having trouble supporting his weight* What's happening to you?! How can I help!?

zeb: s..sorry. *slumps back against the chair*.. i.. iv been working... on a new... ability the.. machine discovered..t..that i have... i usually can only revive.. the dead.. but if i give someone... my life energy... i can also.. heal them... in life and.. it temporarily makes them... invincible... i.. hadn't used it on a mutant or human before.. and i guess i wasnt ready... *starts coughing and coveres his mouth...... he pulls his hands back covered in blood and blood starts trickling from his nose... he quickly turns away and tries to wipe off the blood so she wont have to see* s.s.sorry.. ab.. about that.

Avet: *takes off her jacket and uses it to clean off the blood* W-will you be ok?

zeb: you mean.. will i die? *coughs and grimaces* probably... *doubles over again and coughs... blood trickles from his mouth* it.. wont be permanent tho.. ill regenerate... *he moans and leans his head back squeezing his eyes shut... his breathing is ragged... when another wave of pain comes he jerks and grabs the chair, sweat appearing on his neck* ill be fine... you d..dont have... to stay... for this... *groans*

Avet: *solemnly* I won't leave you.... Especially not now

zeb: *starts violently coughing sweat streams down his face.. with another wave of pain he slams his fist into the wall to keep from screaming... he moans sagging forward* i... im.. not.. going to ... be able to sit... in this chair... much.. longer... *he coughs and falls from the chair practically into her lap. he manages a smile at his ironic comment.* t..told you... i .. i think ill... just .. lay here.. awhile..... *he rolls onto his back and lays looking at the ceiling... he squeezes his eyes shut and reaches for something to hold onto, in his pain*

Avet: *takes his hand as he lays in her lap, coughing up blood. Her eyes shine with tears*

zeb: i..im.. s.. sorry *he steadies his breathing slightly... he shivers. suddenly he screams and wriths his eyes fluttering open..and then a long breath is released... he goes limp and the life in his eyes drains out.... after several minuets the color begins to return to his cool skin... his pulse returns but for what seems to be an eternity his eyes continue to look empty and dead.... eventually the life returns to his eyes but he lies there unconscious as his body continues to heal*

Avet: *remains with him*

zeb: *begins to shift slightly and then sits bolt upright gasping for air, still holding her hand, and looking somewhat terrified(after all he just died in agony while downing in his own blood) and confused.. he sits there for a moment his chest rising and falling somewhat quickly*

((im thinking about him having a consequence because he used his ability before he was ready.... but it will be something cool... like he lost vision in one eye but can now see heartbeats or heat signature with that eye.... what do you think?))

Avet: *remains silent, her eyes never leaving him*

zeb: *starts blinking and his breathing speeds up... his face is turned away so she can only see the right half. his pulse becomes visible in his neck. he stares down at the floor near him*

Avet: W-what's wrong?

zeb: i... i can ... i can see them.. *he shakes his head slightly... he lifts his hand in front of his face and turns it over looking at it with fright and fascination*

Avet: *looks concerned* See what?
