Camp Halfblood

Phae: Hopefully not... But this is definitely gonna be risky *she clutches her Shillelagh and steps inside, many people sit in a dimly lit room, it appears to be nothing more than a common place for illegal gambling, Phae pulls her hood over her head and heads towards the back, many men whistle at the girls as they walk past and call out prices, phae ignores them and keeps walking*

Lilith: *she smiles at the thought of a good fight and shifts her concealed weapon... She turns and curtsies to the men before leaving the room with phae...*

*they enter a large hall with makeshift stalls on either side, there is a lot of bartering going on for the various strange goods*

Phae: *walks with her hood hiding her face, the hall gets darker and less crowded as they walk*

Lilith: *wears no hood nor would she hide her face even if she had one...* we almost there? *smiles and skips happily*

Phae: *nods*

Phae: *enters the shop at the end, it is the darkest part of the building, many sickly looking plants grow in the darkness, Phae frowns*

*a woman sits in a chair, she lights incense and places it in an old looking pot. The woman turns to face them, she has beautiful golden hair and crystal blue eyes. She is extremely beautiful and speaks with a melodic voice* Antos, it has been a long time since you've been here. Fenner didn't see you did he?

Phae: *frowns and shakes her head* I stayed hidden... Daphen, do you happen to have any Mandrake roots on hand?

Lilith: *walks in behind her whistling merrily while looking around* hi..

*the woman turns to Lilith and speaks with a sickly sweet voice* Hello *she looks her up and down like a meal then turns to phae again* Mandrake, well aren't we the naughty ones *she grins then heads to the back of the store, she passes by a mirror and her reflection reveals that of an old, haggard woman*

Phae: *waits silently*

Lilith: reminds me of my old house keeper... Seemed pretty until I got to know her and she turned out to be a hideous creature in disguise that wanted to eat me... *smiles* she's dead now... She did a great job on carpets though...

Phae: *seems distant* That's nice
*the woman returns with an ugly root and smiles sweetly* I'm afraid they're out of season, the price is rather high *her voice is sickening*

Lilith: *Hums quietly and considers temporarily blinding a shoplifter she spots outside*

Phae: How high...
Woman: Oh, not too terrible *she gazes at the girls for a moment then smiles sickeningly* Either a happy memory, the color of your hair, your first born child's last year of life, or your ability to speak for a year. Your pick...

Lilith: take my hair color... *she manages to sound and look solem*

*the woman looks at her and smiles* Very well *she takes a small white bead from a bag and cups it in her palms, she whispers and white light flows out of it and surrounds Lilith's hair, the light turns gray and returns to the bead, changing it's color to a steel gray and lilith's hair to a pure, silken white. she puts the bead in the bag and tosses the root to Phae then disappears to the back room*
Phae: *places the root in her bag and turns to Lilith* What do you think?

Lilith: *grins* this is awesome!!

Phae: Shh! *whispers* Pretend to be dissapointed! *she mouths* It looks great *she head for the exit*

Lilith: *forces a sad expression and follows her out... Once they are a distance away she grins excitedly and beams*

Phae: *hides her face and dodges the wandering hands of men in the crowded, long room*

Lilith: *grins as a man tries to grab her and subtly slices his arm... He cries out... she keeps the weapon concealed and looks back in feigned surprise then hurries up next to phae and announces just loudly enough* oh my!... that man back there in red just cut the one reaching for me.. *the man yells at the accused and throws something... immediately a fight breaks out... Lilith laughs quietly and grins as they make their way towards the end of the room*

Phae: Was that really necessary... *she glances at a few men that seem to be following them*

Lilith: yup... *she smiles and whispers* I don't really like being touched by strange men... At least he is still living...

Phae: *seems distracted, she walks faster* We'll handle them outside... *a dark, sly grin spreads on her face for a moment before she forces herself to frown, she continues down the long bartering hall*

Lilith: yay! *then clamps her hand over her own mouth to keep from giggling... She readies her weapon at the exit and suddenly she breaks off from phae and moves off to one side waiting for whomever will emerge*

Phae: *steps into the shadows, her figure is completely hidden, she grips her Shillelagh and many dark, ominous looking plants begin to grow all around the exit*
